Working as a PhD student at CINVESTAV Zacatenco, section of solid state physics with speciality on very large scale integration circuits.I am developing very low voltage and low power circuits including floating gate CMOS ( FGCMOS ) structures to store and harvest energy and apply it to wireless sensor networks.We are researching subthreshold nMOS and pMOS transistor usages to optimize energy within micro-capacitors using the adiabatic circuit principle within a network of micro-sensor circuits.
