CurrentCurrently, I support our Latin America and global teams to:- Engage government stakeholders on road safety agenda and make sure they have access to data, evidence, and international best practices on strategic communications to save lives.- Set up communication goals, develop strategies, and support in-country teams to design and implement best practice strategic communication in public health, including planning, supporting, and providing strategic advice;- Strategize, plan, implement, and evaluate behavior change mass media campaigns, digital media strategies, and public relations from media events to editorial pieces that raise awareness on road safety issues;- Lead comprehensive efforts on capacity-building strategies required to support the Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS) including media coaching, journalism workshops, and strategic communication workshops aimed at government communication teams in partnership with WHO and other BIGRS partner organizations, with over 80 trainings, 1200 trained journalists and 300 trained high-level spokespeople globally;- Exchange challenges, solutions, and case studies on shared issues globally;- Coordinate and facilitate team events, meetings, exchanges, and resource sharing;- Find regional and international PR opportunities to highlight policy-related work to road safety;- Search, identify, and recruit new talents when needed.In this position, I had the opportunity to work with our team to develop our:1.
