Responsible to operate 9 organizations (Admin, Log, training, Engineering, information and Operation).Transfer the order from the commander to all these organizations .Make sure everyone knows what do and timing and how.Follow up with all the 9 organizations daily achievements and plan executive and solve any problems they faced to make duties easily to them and gain the aims.Make sure all work under one vision and do the mission as in plans and how to pass the barriers to get the goals.Documentation all daily missions and make sure the commander have daily agenda for meetings .Keep files for all the Commander needs about daily missions and operations for the all organizations.Make sure the whole personal under our command 4000 get pay and daily logistic run well.Make sure get daily reports about operations and equipments technical status.Make sure the contracts work with us do their job and get what they needs.

 Worked to open channel with 9 Ministries in GOI to develop the admin. System by using the Excellence Culture. Apply the Globally optimal values in the GOI organizations by using the international criteria to assess the effectiveness of the organization. Transfer the expert of the international experiences to the employees in the GOI organization. Strategic planning and leadership skills of senior staff in the Prime Minister are Office, the Council of Ministers and ten primary ministries. Drafted and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for the key departments within the ten primary ministries. Developed course curriculum and training models for the workshops and seminars in Strategic Planning and Leadership. Coordinated and conducted training on an ongoing basis for USAID and GOI teams. Assisted USAID in overcoming administrative hurdles within the GOI.
