Preparing the development plans for every staff and define a successor for each position. 3. Measuring the impact of talent programs on the individual performance, suggesting the development areas for individuals, complying with the related key performance indicators and approved targets. 4. Participate‍ in‍ negotiating‍ the‍ training‍ institute’s‍ offers‍, ‍and‍ give‍ recommendations.5. Preparing the annual training plans to meet the objectives, Arrange the Training programs with other departments. 6. Creating the TNA and Competency matrix for the organization .
