As an administrator, my role was to process invoices and check dues and payments made by clients; support the accounts and administration-related tasks; maintain communication with the clients; support the attorneys in doing legal research and providing relevant information necessary to attorneys' casework; supporting the branding and marketing of the Juristbyrån to extend the client portfolio.

My business idea (i.e. sustainable food production) has been selected through a competitive process to be developed. As part of this, I examined and surveyed the relevant markets, assessing customers’ needs, supplied test samples, collected feedback and analyzed based upon feedback. The project has been evaluated positively and has been carried forward to scale up.

I owned the franchise of Alkadmous Co. which was a company specialized in postal services, transport of goods as well as the transfer of money between different provinces and franchisee for Aramex in Syria. As the CEO of the company, I had the responsibility to manage clints’ relationship, a monthly turnover of 45 million USD, jurisdictional & legal issues, personnel, communication/networking and managing clients. The franchise has received recognition from the mother company for increasing number of outbound parcels more than 200%, inbound parcels 350%, 95% increase in number of clients (served 500-600 clients a day) and for its client oriented and effective solutions. Within a short period of time, the company excelled its performance gaining trust and goodwill.

Kassab Trading was a wholesale importer and exporter for which I was responsible to lead the business relations, finance and human resources. Apart from leading the trading company, I managed the franchisee for several brands of food products, cosmetics, and dairy products. The company owned a supermarket and stores and functioned as a distribution company to supply to the retailers (including pharmacies and stores) and as wholesale supplier in almost all over the country. In addition to the domestic market, the company intended to expand its reach to international markets and thereby took part in several international fairs such as Canton fair in China and Gulf Food exhibition in Dubai.
