-Liaison between the project manager and the technical disciplines involved in a project.-Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resources forecasting for technical activities relating to the project.-Assure the accuracy of financial forecasts, which tie-in to project schedules.-Ensure project is completed according to project plans.-Inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.

-Perform a technical, organisational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations.-Work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors.-Share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.
