Vortex Innovation Labs provides software development consultancy focusing on rapidly building distributed scalable microservice infrastructure that powers intelligent applications.I have developed many successful projects for customers involving large transactions, massive data processing, and integration with various services. Development works that I have done include server-side services in Golang and Python and native development on Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems using C and C++. I designed data structures and integration with database technologies - SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB), and have developed adapters for various ad-hoc unstructured data sources. I have implemented several service orchestration frameworks, ML development, UI development. I have also led and strategized CICD pipelines and concerns. I tend to gravitate but am not limited to cloud-native technologies.I have trained development teams, formulated software development project planning, and led team execution to a successful product rollout.I have worked with companies such as Fujitsu, HP, Cisco, IBM, Applied Materials, Comcast, Auris Robotics, Gilead, and Merck.

Designed and developed a high performance packet capturing and analysis for Lotus Notes™ and Lotus Domino™ network traffic. Written in C using GNU tools. Hacked the binary protocol of NRPC (Notes Remote Procedure Call) to capture application usage context using packet signature recognition. Also supervised QA team in Bangalore India.Developed Lucida's SecurEdge and SecurOffice - a network monitoring and network intrusion detection system that consist of distributed network sensors and a centralized server.Developed network traffic collection module for Lucida Insight's spreadsheet based reporting software.

Developer for the integration between Fujitsu Telecommunications Asia's Network Builder with Fujitsu Network Communication's Flexr NMS/EMS. Reverse engineered the source code of Fujitsu’s Network Management System’s communication framework and interfaces to the Flexr NMS/EMS. Integration was encapsulated as COM module.Design and develop the Service Provisioning System utilizing CaSMIT (TMF-806) architecture for Fujitsu Network Communications. CaSMIT is an OSS layer to manage the operation of DSL video on demand. Project involved Alcatel Australia, TTI Israel and Astracon Canada. Demonstrated at 2000 TMN Forum in Chicago.

Developed a laptop based lane terminal back up system by reverse engineering the 3 different types of lane systems and consolidating to a single multi-operational system.Developed the first contact-less smart card parking payment system in Malaysia. Consist of payment terminal, device drivers and peripheral controllers, data transfers, back end server and report generation. First system was deployed at Stadium Negara, Kuala Lumpur.

Assigned to deliver a project for Admiral Insurance (Wales, UK). Responsible in handling system integration with DB2 (ILE C) and compatibility issues between Windows 3.1 and Windows 98/NT for Lava System's Document Management System.
