In my role as Team Leader at EURUS Team for The International Small Wind Turbine Contest in the Netherlands, operating under the supervision of Hanze University of Applied Sciences and hosted annually at Technische Universiteit Delft (TU Delft), I achieved significant milestones and contributed to the success of the project. Throughout my leadership tenure, I achieved significant milestones:• Secured grant funding from the Renewable Energy Center at Zewail City with a total of 195K EGP.• Orchestrated with EGYPTAIR, resulting in favorable arrangements for free and discounted airline tickets.• Led and coordinated seven technical and non-technical sub-teams, overseeing a dedicated team of 27 members.• Developed and executed a comprehensive eight-month time plan, ensuring alignment with project objectives.• Contributed significantly to structural analysis simulation and blade manufacturing.
