As an 17-year veteran of the fire service, with the last 8 years serving as a Fire Lieutenant, I have dedicated nearly two decades to public safety, emergency response, and team leadership under the most demanding circumstances. My career has been built on a foundation of unwavering commitment to community service, continuous learning, and operational excellence in high-pressure environments.In my tenure as a Fire Lieutenant, I've led diverse teams in critical response situations, developed and implemented comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and readiness of my unit, and collaborated with multiple agencies to improve community safety protocols. My hands-on experience in crisis management, strategic planning, and emergency response has been instrumental in successfully navigating complex challenges and making impactful decisions that safeguard lives and property.Leveraging this extensive background, I've recently co-founded an Emergency Management Consulting Firm with a select group of experienced firefighters. Our mission is to bring real-world expertise, innovative solutions, and a deep understanding of emergency services to organizations and communities seeking to enhance their resilience and preparedness for any emergency.
