Current• Select and lead a team of logistics associates responsible for keeping the store fully stocked, clean and organized• Identify, research, and adjust all product "outs" throughout the store• Ensure all new planograms and seasonal sets are executed properly prior to corporate deadlines• Maintain an accurate account of all high dollar merchandise and communicate any discrepancies with the store manager and the assistant store manager• Communicate and ensure proper implementation of all new corporate "huddles" with all store associatesFully support all subordinate managers when faced with work related problems or complications
