Current• Developed a new HSE Management System that allowed all employees to access HSE documents, Incident Reporting, Root Cause investigation, CA and PA, Contractors Management, Hazard Communication, and Permit to Work. • Oversees HSE and ESG plans, playbooks, processes, and procedures. • Develop and recommend preventative and improvement measures to ensure the enhancement of related programs. • Oversee the preparation, submission, and other requirements regarding environmental permits and registrations for APR sites. Generate and track HSE performance metrics.• When necessary, represent APR Energy to regulatory agencies during compliance inspections. Evaluate current HSE programs and activities to ensure compliance with all APR Energy and local government-related regulations. • Guide and promote safe work performance by developing proactive HSE systems, policies, and procedures; create safety and environmental campaigns, communications, and recognitions in line with APR Energy strategies; and conduct onsite and remote training for the Plant and Corporate staff.• Lead a team of HSE professionals that oscillate from five to eight individuals in various locations worldwide.• Coordinate with plant staff and HSE coordinators to conduct legal compliance audits, write and update procedures, provide HSE training, and conduct periodic plant inspections and audits.• Enforce audit requirements to ensure compliance with safety, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. • Review subcontractor safety programs to ensure subcontractor programs comply with corporate, OSHA, or client safety regulations. • Conduct and review incident investigations, ensure corrective and preventive actions are appropriate, completed timely, and lessons learned communicated. • Interact with the team on projects in Bangladesh, Australia, Equatorial Guinea, Senegal, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic.
