1. Technical formulation and evaluation (Bottle and Field Tester) of different products (demulsifier, deoiler/Reverse demulsifier, Pour point depressant (PPD), paraffin & asphaltine dispersant, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, SRB biocides, H2S & CO2 scavengers, oxygen scavengers …etc.) for chemical treatment of crude oil, gas and water. 2. Technical formulation and evaluation of refinery and fuel additives for Gasoil, Gasoline and Fuel oil in refinery and power plants (desalting agent, neutralizer, corrosion inhibitor, octane booster, Combustion modifier, PPD, CFPP…etc.). 3. Technical formulation and evaluation of automotive lubricants (engine, gear and ATF) and industrial lubricants (gear, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, metal working oil …etc.). 4. Participate in preparing the laboratory and quality control section for taking the certification of ISO 9001. 5. Instruments and analysis skills: Routine lab testing: viscosity, VI calculation, , flash point (PMCC & COC), pour point, boiling point, Melting Point, density, Refractive Index, hardness, alkalinity, PH, conductivity, UV spectrophotometer. FT-IR. XRF Spectrometer –PERFORM’X from Thermo Scientific. Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.
