Facilitated sales and/or product training classes and seminars at individual (Agent), District, Division and Territory levels (i.e. delivery of compliance approved sales presentations, the development of marketing ideas and cross-sell techniques, joint sales calls). Worked with Area Sales Managers, and District Managers to develop a schedule and/or set of Agent visit expectations for the specific purpose of achieving life and financial services goals.
