Responsibilities•Handling annual maintenance contracts for more than 100 shops.•Handling non-merchandise procurement for all Fashion Brands, F&B & Virgin•Coordinating with maintenance department on daily maintenance tasks.•Sourcing new suppliers based on projects’ needs.•Updating new shop openings and renovation schedules•Preparing budgeted costs for new shop openings•Following up with the team on their current activities and weekly priorities•Follow up with logistics department on shipments.•Reporting to Procurement Manager
