Executive team leader supporting operations in the mid-Atlantic and greater Boston regions. Responsible for strategic management and enhancing operational performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and efficiency.

Established and led the self-performance group servicing Gilbane's mid-Atlantic region. In this role I developed and managed key third-party vendors and strategic sourcing initiatives for critical materials and equipment in support of greater than $500 million in annual construction volume.

Led DC-based commercial construction firm focused on the maintenance and restoration of infrastructure and commercial facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Self-performed commercial demolition, concrete restoration, and specialized skilled labor trades. Managed the firm from inception to profitability. Firm, and all assets, were assumed by a strategic partner in 2016.

Led facility construction operations in North and South America, working cross functionally within a global team of property leaders to acquire, build, and modernize "Class A" advanced manufacturing facilities and supportive office spaces for one of the world's most respected brands. Our property team supported a global order book of products, parts, and services valued at over $100 billion (2013), encompassing sectors including commercial airline, defense/mission critical, and marine industries. Key projects included:- Advanced Aerofoil Manufacturing Facility in Prince George County, Virginia- Upgrades and maintenance of 1.5 million square feet over 400 acres of manufacturing facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana- Jet Engine Test Facility at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi- Marine Engine Maintenance Facility in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro- Energy Packaging Facility servicing Itaguaí, Rio de Janeiro

Appointed by Premier Ewart Brown as the Inaugural Managing Director of the Government of Bermuda United States Office. Established and led the office, providing semi-consular services to Bermuda residents in the U.S. Built and managed relationships with key stakeholders primarily focused in international tax policy, defense, and education, while advocating for Bermuda’s interests. My role included supporting negotiations with U.S. elected officials and private business, promoting partnerships, and offering supportive services to Bermudians in the U.S.

Served for a decade in roles of increasing responsibility leading and supporting diverse projects across the Mid Atlantic and Southern regions. Experience spanned a wide range of clients and sectors, including the Smithsonian Institution, US Department of Justice, sports and entertainment venues, mass transit systems, and private property developers.
