I started my professional career in hospitality in 1994 while I was still 19 years old at the City Centre Cairo Hotel- Hernan Shepherd part of a Scandinavian chain of hotels.I Started at the front office department as a Room Clerck, I worked at front office for 3 years where I reached the title of Senior Receptionist.In 1997 I had the chance to make a transfer to the Sales department as Group Sales Coordinator where I stayed for one year and then moved to the Sales Department as a Sales Accounts Manager-Leisure , I practiced the new job and title for 2 years , then I made a move to a five star resort in Sharm El Sheikh with an inventory of 500+ rooms, I worked there for a year and then I was offered the title of Sales Manager at a new city hotel Sherston Royal Gardens, a boutique hotel in the middle of the city with a variety of upscale restaurants franchise including Trader Vics
