 Mange 5G2/5G4/5G5/ITC2022/ Mobily Rise 2022 projects for (TAWAL) . Follow up project progress with TAWAL project manager and attend meetings with them. Follow up with Design team for the new received FDED and be sure if need any modification or correction before proceed with implementation. Supervision the team and ensure delivery and quality of new implementation. Troubleshooting any problem comes during implementation. Send all necessary Documents for BAT and HO inspection. Prepare daily report.

 Arrangement plan for the new sites that identify number of target sites, locations and towers Models, According to Design and planning of Mobily network coverage. Manage the teams to start search for new sites as per the plan after receiving (SSO) "Site Search Order”. Provide suitable candidates (Meets Mobily standard of site location). Perform joint survey for all candidates with RF and TR Engineers to identify ranking of candidates. Then they will issue FSF (Final Survey Form) and TCC (LOS availability) for Ranked one site.  Prepare the required design drawings using (AutoCAD) and load calculations if needed. Signing leases with land/building owners and follow up with Mobily legal department for approval. Prepare all documents required to apply for Municipality permits and follow up till issuing BP. and Excavation permit if needed. Handed over the site to civil project (Civil contractor). Follow up owners annual payments.  Prepare and Follow up Site Acquisition FIS (Invoices). Preparing a daily progress report and follow up with all concerned persons. Attend weekly meeting with Mobily Team. (RAN Planning Specialist Manager and Mobily Site Acquisition Senior Coordinator.

 Handling all Site Acquisition Activities with STC for (Tern-Key) Project

 Mange Optimization and dismantling project for (STC) sites. Attend optimization Joint visit to identify the scope of work for each site. Prepare site drawing design to indentify scope of work for each site. After issuing SCO (Site change order). We will arrange all necessary Materials required for each site. Supervision of initially installation to be ready for MDT and Supervision the team during MDT to ensure quality of new implementation.  Troubleshooting any problem comes during implementation. Prepare all necessary Documents for BAT inspection. Manage dismantled Materials and deliver to STC warehouse. Prepare daily report. Attend Weekly meetings with (STC) Project manger.

 Site engineer for Core Project, Installation DCDP Cabinets, Panels, Power Cables, Breakers and all civil works required as per design (Huawei core project).

 Perform joint survey with vendors and determine scope of work for each site. Provide Drawing and survey photos as required for site design. Coordinate with suppliers for required materials. Supervisor for tower and shelter installation. Supervisor for power connection and rectifier installation  Telecom installation (BTS, feeders and antennas) and do site Configuration ,setup and installation of BTS cabinets  MW installation, alignment and system configurations. Measuring VSWR, DTF of feeders using SITE MASTER Attend BAT and handover the site to O&M

 Implementation engineer for STC (Re homing and Re balance) project in Eastern region for new MSC using CWO (Circuit Work Order) for Rerouting transmission E1(2MB) cables from the old MCS to the New MSC.
