Current- Developing and Implementing complete transformation to the Business and HR model which include:
- Setup this including new organization structure based on job evaluation advance methodology, this include structure from the board level to the junior levels.
- Headhunting of the best and highly competent human resources.
- Building of new HR system including the HR department, the HR staff, the HR system, the HR manual and the HR policy and procedure manual.
- Building of grading structure matched with salary structure and remuneration package.
- Development of appraisal system based on the KPIs and the balance score card system.
