Developing a comprehensive product strategy that includes conducting market research, competitor analysis, customerneeds, and identifying opportunities for growth.• Assessing the current products, operational processes and team performance to identify areas of improvement.• Designing the conversion funnel and identifying metrics to measure and plan for optimization.• Building the product roadmap that addresses both the business objectives and the outcome of the product research andstrategy phase that outlines the timeline and key milestones for the development of new features and enhancements.• Plan and identify the product releases, releases objectives and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.• Work closely with stakeholders to create and groom the product backlog according to business value or ROI.• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.• Manage the entire product lifecycle from requirements analysis and validation to delivery of user stories.• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and acting as a main point of contact for anyenquiries.
