-Partnering with the functional/country/regional management on developing their strategy, organization structures, HC policies, teams, and advise on improvements and any optimization solutions inclusive of cost savings and cross-department synergies.- Lead human resources strategies by establishing functions accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.-Build a strong talent pipeline in coordination with the Talent Management, collaboratively work on the calibration process to support the assigned business unit in performance and talent reviews, and identify high-potential talent within the organization.- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.-Provide management support and oversight for the company policies, including employee handbook, as well as regulatory questions at local and regional level. Ensure new hire, termination, contractor and other operational audits are complete and reported on a monthly basis.-Build and nurture a culture of excellence with a positive working environment and while emphasizing our company’s values, mission, and vision.
