- Review contracts & projects match with company authority matrix- Review payment terms and follow collection type LC or CL / Advance from issue LC to submit invoice to customer following payment term & LC letter - Submit all type of LG & following to close after project closed - review AR report every months and close over due - creat FG for each product LV & MV & Transformers &cables , following with PM to be approved by customer and consultant than submit the approve drawing to PMO and factory , received delivery date and make sure match with delivery in PO , - issue all IPR & SPR related to third party items in projects , - create WBS & GM with project manger & tender - check every month deferents between plan cost & tender cost and inform PM and make report if found any deferents - create WBS for project & Match with SO - submit OBD’s & invoicing & following release shipments with account and coordinate delivery with logistics and WH- check every month tender cost / plan cost / actually cost for every project - submit POC & and review BOQ for every project registered - solve any problems with customer

Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures. Ensuring timely reconciliation of bank on monthly basis.· Provide support and training of subordinate staff as required.Coordinate with external auditors to ensure that an annual audit is completed on time.

Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks. Managing and collecting debtsfrom company debtors , Setting up the terms of credit for new clients , Negotiating payment plans ,Managing the collection of all payments, and debts, Responding to client inquiries ,Processing invoices, Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant ,Managing the sales ledger, Liaising with customers and the sales team.Conducting credit check assessment on daily basis within assigned portfolio and assigning the Credit Score /escalating all risky clients to the Credit Control manager
