Multi-talented, design-obsessed creative team leader. That about sums me up.My experience spans brand, digital (website, social media, UI/UX), print, infographics and packaging design for various clients such as Arab News, The Berry Company, Carton Water, FollowApp.Care, and Tesoro Amazonico across Europe and the GCC.Currently, I lead the global design team at Arab News. I push the boundaries of our digital and print designs, guiding the team to deliver the highest quality coverage to the tightest deadlines, such as Saudi National Day, Hajj, and major sport and news events.I collaborate with our in-house developers and video team to enhance our website's UI/UX through interactives, infographics, animation and video. We also create Deep Dives — rich, interactive, digital stories that simplify complex topics through visuals. Additionally, we create award-winning Arab News sub-brands such as The Mayman Show podcast and our Research & Studies editorial unit.The Arab News creative team has won 150 design awards in the most prestigious news design competitions since I joined seven years ago (60 in the last two), and I had the honor of serving as a judge representing Arab News at the prestigious Society for News Design (SND) 44th Annual Creative Competition in New York in 2023.
