Engineering Project Leader
Current• Engineering customer interface.• Pilot and lead projects for different OEMs such BCL (Body Control Light), BCM (Body Control Module) and PDB (Power Distribution Junction Box).• Manage functional and hierarchical team members.• Provide clear guidance and direction to all engineering team members ( HW, PCB, SW, mechanical and failure analysis laboratory).• Lead internal and external weekly meetings.• Lead and schedule all engineering project deliverables.• Track customer deliverables, customer build and prototype orders.• Track and control overall project development engineering budget (Resources, CAPEX).• Ensure all the engineering open list issues executed in time and right quality.• Lead technical evaluation of product change (Product change request)• Lead all supplier changes (Supplier change request)• Manage Engineering risk that could affect project milestones.• Leading BOM (Bill of Material) and having visibility over component costs.• Participate in Cost Optimization workshops to support achievement of product competitiveness targets.• Ensure Manufacturing support is conducted at early phase of the project development to successful the Design and Product validation in proper phase of the program.• Development and Implementation of Dashboards including KPIs, control charts per project.• Manage customer quality issues using 8D methodology.• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process flow.• Prepare all Engineering PPAP documentations.• Product development Process : Planning, Design Prototypes, Production Pilot, Production Launch, Project Management, RFQ and RFI Process flow, V-cycle development approach, Functional safety ISO 26262.
