(Foremen, equipment operators, masons and labors)-Distributing daily all machines and equipments with their relevant operators on the several locations of the site. -Ensuring Dam’s Side foundations excavation works, mucking and slope scaling works are exectuted as per drawings with respect to survey marks.-Preparing daily proper platforms for blasting works to be executed in order to ensure proper berms, benches and slopes as per designs.-Monitoring, supervising and giving daily site instructions to all formen of the several locations of the site, especially on both right and left abutments of the river. -Ensuring smooth transition, continuation of works and overlapping from day to night shift and minimising the relevant interruption.-Supervising, monitoring and facilitating civil works for the subcontractor doing the upstream and downstream cofferdams and diaphragm walls, in order to isolate and dry the Dam wall foundation area below waterline depth. -Monitoring and supervising the Plastic Concrete excavation and casting of the diaphragm walls’ panels and coordinating accuratly between on site batching plant and the subcontractor doing the job, and ensuring the Plastic concrete components caracteristics are within acceptable limits especially slump, temperature, bentonite viscosity...-Handling Day to day works execution operations and several activities like internal temporary access roads’ backfilling, grading, rolling and excavated material hauling works.
