1.Receive and accept Customer PO's after confirming prices with top management and after confirming shipping dates based on input from Purchasing (Raw Materials ETA) and based on Input from Production (Manufacturing Lead Time) and after considering original forecast.2.Communicate with customer regarding any delays or updates on deliveries.3.Prepare a monthly shipping plan then work with production coordinators to ensure that this plan is met.4.Prepare an agenda for a weekly meeting.5.Create work orders on Logics and direct cutting into creating cut orders.6.Coordinate between Purchasing, Cutting, and Sewing for production start.7.Create/update WIP reports and circulate to operation departments on a daily basis.8.Update customer on PO status periodically as requested by customer.9.Communicate with production any priorities or updates on customer requirements.10.Print and deliver case stickers for packing and arrange for audits.11.Book shipments and prepare packing lists for shipping use.

Regular update and aware with materials available in main store after reviewing main store inventory list in coordination main storekeeper.10. Monitoring stock movements and generate purchase orders to maintain optimum level of stocks as per the business requirement.11. Build new system for purchasing to develop and improve purchasing process.12. Execute the local purchasing requests / contracts approved according required qualityand approved price.13. Coordinate with logistic partners regarding movement of shipment via sea/air.14. Expense reduction on overhead cost such as courier cost.15. Improve and enhance departments’ processes.
