With more than twenty years of experience as an architect, Omar Omari has recently become a pioneer in the Pakistani food industry. He graduated from the prestigious Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture in Karachi and while he may have stopped designing physically permanent premises, Mr. Omari’s legacy as an architect is evident in his curation of events that are permanently etched into the cultural milieu of Pakistan—and the world. The most noteworthy manifestation of this has been the Eat Food Festivals, which have taken Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore by storm from the very first year he introduced them. Currently working as the CEO of Eat Food Pakistan, Mr. Omari is set to yet again rock the food industry in Pakistan through his latest innovation: Cloud Kitchens.
