• Works on developing the workflows and code scripts of the AI Chatbot Ameila® tool. This includes the process of training Ameila® tool to understand keywords to achieve an optimized user interaction. • Responsible of optimizing the performance of the Tobi code script to differentiate between normal escalations by Tobi and the Escalation by Design (EBD) that are demanded by customers. • Involved in POC of the big tooling initiative between the Cognitive and the Digitalization teams. • Handled several business cases to help the project manager of the team to complete the required tasks in a timely manner. • Designed a tool for Tobi AI classifier using Python. Also, designed a tool for resetting test user password through Tobi.

• Responsible of Implementing and customizing IBM Enterprise Applications such as IBM Performance Management and IBM Anywhere. • Worked on integrating IBM Maximo Asset Management and IBM Anywhere to exchange data between these two systems seamlessly. • Develop and customize IBM Anywhere Android and iOS Applications. • Design activities in terms of business processes that are administered by application services. • Testing activities of application services as well the management of infrastructure technology architecture. • Early life support for application services as well as technology architecture.
