• Responsible of optimizing the performance of the Tobi code script to differentiate between normal escalations by Tobi and the Escalation by Design (EBD) that are demanded by customers.
• Involved in POC of the big tooling initiative between the Cognitive and the Digitalization teams.
• Handled several business cases to help the project manager of the team to complete the required tasks in a timely manner.
• Designed a tool for Tobi AI classifier using Python. Also, designed a tool for resetting test user password through Tobi.

• Worked on integrating IBM Maximo Asset Management and IBM Anywhere to exchange data between these two systems seamlessly.
