I implemented the WW Revenue Target Cascade for 14 Areas by Biz Apps Portfolio, managing a portfolio worth $5bn. I constructed a long-term financial model for a 3-year plan worth $10bn and presented the annual financial plan analysis to C-Suite executives (Sales/Finance EVP), provided support to 14 WW Area Finance Teams and Compensation Plan Design Team in the construction of Sales Compensation Plans for over 2,000 sellers.
