Responsibilities Include- Final approval and review of financial reports and submission to the Chairman- Implementing all required reports in a periodic and simplified manner and presenting them to the Chairman- Managing and following up all financial and accounting operations, from financial statements to reports and strategies concerned with planning for the future.- Coordinating and directing the preparation of budget, financial forecasts and report variances as well as developing internal control policies and procedures and managing financial risks.- Financial data control: supervising and reviewing company data and reports, checking accounts.- Represent the company in all government institutions.- Analysis of reports: Overseeing the process of analyzing financial reports in order to use this information in setting and evaluating goals.- Cash Flow Management: Working on managing the financial flow to verify the company's ability to pay its financial obligations.- Ability to use various accounting software.- Providing accurate historical financial information in a timely manner to the decision maker in order to help him make important decisions related to the future and provide effective solutions- Possession and exploitation of administrative skills.- Ensure that laws are applied in accounting procedures

- Managing all the financial reports and periodic anlytics including treasurey and bank accounts.- Represntating our company in all the governmental organizations.- Dealing with customers to resolve any financial issues.- Preparing International wire transfers or LC applications and observing their status.- Dealing with banks regarding opening new accounts, observing bank’s balance of Checks , budget, and letters of credit (Including Online checking method).- Managing all the company’s financial affiars including: managing budget, collecting budget, and payments.- Scheduling the company’s assets and liabilities.- Taking the position of “Religious Tourism Manager” optimizing pilgrimage different programs and negotiating with tourism agents (Hotels,Visa providers, Transportation companies, and Egypt Air)

- Preparing contractor statements including the “Final statement”.- Working on American Journal.- Dealing with banks regarding opening new accounts, observing bank’s balance of Checks , budget, and letters of credit (Including Online checking method).- Preparing reports of contractors, suppliers and liabilities for creditors.- Assigning expenses to their cost centers.- Observing our stock materials that are released and returned from/to the present projects.- Clearing Advance to employee’s account and preparing the Payroll.
