Started as an electronics technician, my resposibilities included the reliability testing and failure analysis of power semiconductors such as diodes, scrs, etc. Resposible for the setup of testing equipment to meet production specifications and Quality standards. In 1993, I got promoted to Calibration department lead. In this new roll, I was resposible for the implementation of a calibration program for all test and measurement equipment utilized in production department, including temperature ovens, furnaces and discrete semiconductor testing equipment.
