- KPIs development / management and continuous improvement.- SAP user for logistics or to implement collection.- Responsible on participate on appropriation and compliance with internal regulations for logistics processes.- Control of urgent orders and assignment of objectives aiming to reduce the SLA assigned by the leaderships- Order status verification, sales order input, consignment and billing orders, validation, analysis and error handling for direct orders from internal customers or from order entry portals (Inpart / Bionexo etc)
