Responsible to assist the Vice President in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Credit Union's indirect lending credit underwriting unit to maximize the high quality of applications that are decisioned while maintaining superior service and professionalism to members and the dealer community. Assist in training and developing staff to maximize performance and efficiency, produce various reports for review and benchmarking.
