With over seven years of experience in software development, service delivery, and technical solutions, I am currently the Service Operations Manager at Advanced Control Systems, a leading company in building automation. My mission is to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for residential and commercial customers, while managing a team of service staff, including engineers, technicians, and administration.I have a strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering, with a master's degree from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. I have been involved in multidisciplinary projects related to system design, development, R&D, and project launch. I am proficient in API management, Mathworks, and NI LabVIEW, and I have hands-on experience in all stages of the software development cycle, from planning and developing IOT and home automation solutions to testing and deployment.
