People in charge: 50 Budget of 11M USD.𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:🔹Set and supervise the deployment of strategic planning.🔹Oversee initiatives and projects that are part of the road map.🔹Handle and review documents for equipment, and inputs, leveraging the Quality System, good documentation practices, and risk management.🔹Coordinate and design annual maintenance, both preventive and predictive.🔹Optimize processes and troubleshoot production lines.🔹Manage and guarantee safety and environmental standards.🔹Human capital management and administration, including union relations.🔹Regulating the budget and its lifetime for spare parts, laboratory equipment, chemicals, and consumables inventories. 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:🔹I decreased defects generated on the e-Coat line from 90% while maintaining a 10% defect rate.🔹I boosted the capacity of the e-Coat line from 18 bars per hr. to 24 bars per hr, an increase of 33%.🔹I lowered water consumption on the e-Coat line from 112,000 liters per week.🔹I executed a project to reduce the consumption of A) Degreaser, -21 %, equivalent to $43,000. USD annually. B) Resin, - 20 % equivalent to $70,964.06 per year. C) Paste - 20 % equivalent to $13,612.50 annually.🔹I decreased 50 % from 24hr to 12hr by implementing the SMED preventive and corrective maintenance methodology.🔹I redesigned and maintained process racks to reduce defects due to bad design, achieving a 50 % reduction.
