As a Production Manager for DGS-1, I lead an AET team of both contractor and military personnel to monitor upgrades, proliferation, and threats to Air Operations within the CENTCOM AOR. When the AET receives CAOC and AFCENT RFIs based on current AOR events, I oversee the production of analytical products, QC assessments prior to dissemination. I collaborate with Theater Ballistic Missiles subject matter experts to correlate new findings and ensure information accuracy. Additionally, I was hand-selected to join a group of analysts to review 480th ISRW training requirements and Headquarters Air Force for new training curriculum for all active duty, DoD civilian and DGS-1 MSA contractors. As a Multi-source Analyst, I executed 25 RPA and over 200 hours combat missions within the CENTCOM AOR. I provided crewmembers with threat assessments, current intelligence updates, and real time flight status changes.

As a TBM/WMD analyst for the 51st Intelligence Squadron I am responsible for supporting AFCENT requirements for specific target countries in the CENTCOM AOR. I monitor system capabilities and upgrades, proliferation of those systems, and threats to air operations that could contribute to overall threat picture in support to AFCENT A2, CFACC, CISR forward, 32nd AAMDC and warfighters. I have developed, authored, and published 25 analytical products in 4 months, to include analytical papers and presentations in accordance with ICD 203, on AOR emerging threats to identify weapon advancements and intelligence gaps. I coordinate with TBM subject matter experts on a day to day basis to correlate new findings and ensure information accuracy. Prior to disseminating any intelligence product, I quality check all intelligence notes, smart books and briefings ensuring data syntax and sourcing. Additionally, I have been working on a SIGINT project utilizing multiple applications to identify threat activity and analyze adversary patterns of life. Once we identify a point of interest, we do a deep dive on the area and create RFIs to ensure all pertinent information is collected. Lastly, my team and I present these findings to the TBM community weekly via video teleconferences. Recently, I led the TBM team in identifying, analyzing, and coordinating with CENTCOM to nominate target areas unknown to the intelligence community. I have completed the Basic Ballistic Missile Fundamental Course at MSIC and have attended working groups to better understand the CENTCOM TBM problem sets.

Flight Chief/Fusion Analyst Cell Chief

As the Fusion Analysis Chief, I managed intelligence personnel responsible for all ISR missions within the Korean Area of Operations. Supervised the Group’s Current Intelligence Briefing program ensuring accuracy and briefer prep prior to delivery. Created/disseminated daily and weekly Post Mission Summaries to provide detailed North Korean activity to senior leadership, crewmembers and external partners and agencies. While sitting mission, I interfaced directly with U-2/RQ-4 crew members to ensure target accountability, provided real time Order of Battle posturing prior to launch. Exploited multi-sensor imagery identifying North Korean forces disposition and indications of aggression. Tracked high leadership patterns of life to create activity indicators. During my tenure, the AOR experience a record high North Korean missile launches which caused the DART to react and be the center of all incoming traffic. Post mission, I processed all North Korean targets collected and imagery exploitation. All significant activity identified and disseminated via our Post Mission summaries. Administratively, I was the single point of contact responsible for all security phases within the office. Responsibilities included conducting all security investigations within the office, liaised between the office and security personnel on all security breaches, was point of contact for all semi-annual and annual inspections of which our office received passing score with zero discrepancies, granting or denying area access, and safeguarding and destroying classified information. I was responsible for the training and records management of over 47 personnel. Signed off on personnel getting ready for evaluation. Advised senior leadership on manning requirements, voicing and integrating the Division manpower needs. Led enlisted personnel while on all awards, decorations, performance, morale, welfare, and readiness.
