Flight Chief/Fusion Analyst Cell Chief
South Korea
As the Fusion Analysis Chief, I managed intelligence personnel responsible for all ISR missions within the Korean Area of Operations. Supervised the Group’s Current Intelligence Briefing program ensuring accuracy and briefer prep prior to delivery. Created/disseminated daily and weekly Post Mission Summaries to provide detailed North Korean activity to senior leadership, crewmembers and external partners and agencies. While sitting mission, I interfaced directly with U-2/RQ-4 crew members to ensure target accountability, provided real time Order of Battle posturing prior to launch. Exploited multi-sensor imagery identifying North Korean forces disposition and indications of aggression. Tracked high leadership patterns of life to create activity indicators. During my tenure, the AOR experience a record high North Korean missile launches which caused the DART to react and be the center of all incoming traffic. Post mission, I processed all North Korean targets collected and imagery exploitation. All significant activity identified and disseminated via our Post Mission summaries. Administratively, I was the single point of contact responsible for all security phases within the office. Responsibilities included conducting all security investigations within the office, liaised between the office and security personnel on all security breaches, was point of contact for all semi-annual and annual inspections of which our office received passing score with zero discrepancies, granting or denying area access, and safeguarding and destroying classified information. I was responsible for the training and records management of over 47 personnel. Signed off on personnel getting ready for evaluation. Advised senior leadership on manning requirements, voicing and integrating the Division manpower needs. Led enlisted personnel while on all awards, decorations, performance, morale, welfare, and readiness.
