Senior Coordinator Finance Planning and Analyst. Engineering changes and plant controlling

To follow all the group policies related to Safety.• On Time, In Full, Accurate Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting, analysis, controls and improvement actions to the Local, Regional and Global teams for the following Financials:• P&L, CAPEX, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow • Analize and perform the required calculations for the Investments projects (CAPEX request Forms), to be able to properly calculate the key financials: Sales, Contribution Margins, Savings, Investments, Credit terms, Working Capital, Paybacks.• Control on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis the approved Investments (CAPEX) vs the original assumptions.• To perform financial analysis to properly manage and control the Business unit: Selling Pricing, Contribution Margin, Material Consumption, Purchasing pricing, Labor Cost, Energy Cost, Maintenance Cost, Indirect Cost. Taking as a based the committed / budgeted Targets and KPI´s.• To coordinate the creation of the annual Budget, On Time, In Full and Accurate.• To develop and/or improve current controlling procedures to ensure full compliance by all team members, all based on A4L group polices and best practices in our industry.• To support all company areas on their financial needs to deliver the budgeted financial commitments.• To develop and create internal policies related to the Controller role• To be in active communication and participation with the A4L finance community to ensure A4L MX will be up to date in terms of standards, compliance, policies, trainings, and procedures.• To make sure the company assets will be properly manage avoiding losses to the business.• To be an active member of the A4L MX management team.• To be a key support and advisor to the Regional President to ensure on time and accurate decisions and actions are taken.
