-In charge of hosting an engagement committee where meetings take place to explain how members can be more involved with the club.-Advertising and spreading awareness for new members to join the club and attend events.-In charge of engaging with new members that attend events to build connections with them and help them build connections with other club members.-Giving ideas and helping plan future events while also connecting with other student associations for future collaborations.

-Validated multiple stock reports to ensure accuracy within the given data regarding barcodes, SOH, and value.-Analyzed monthly and yearly reports to capture trends in the data, while also checking which SKUs are holding the company back and which SKUs are selling the most.-Took multiple site visits to stores to ensure displays were up to standard and competitor analysis to see what we could improve while also ensuring the customer was fulfilling the BDA requirements between them and the company.-Submitted a project on a financial analysis of the company’s SKUs by calculating the sum of NNS per KG and TTS percentage to determine whether said SKUs are accretive or dilutive towards the business.-Communicated to the finance department for overdue customer invoices by analyzing the data in reports and creating write-offs for certain customers after exceeding 90 days of overdue payment.-Completed financial statements for the company while analyzing them to get a better understanding of the company’s performance.

-Contacted building material manufacturers in the United States and Europe.-Took multiple factory visits to local UAE manufacturers to check custom made products for FF&E residential and corporate projects in the GCC.-Gathered market data and analyzed it for end clients, real estate developers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

-Processed quotations with European and American manufacturers for furniture, lighting, and accessories. -Compared client requested items with the supplier’s quotations before confirming the orders, while also following up payments from clients and payables with the Accounting Division for suppliers. -Coordinated to the supply chain the logistics plan for each order and advised related client(s) for deliveries.

-Managed inventory coming in and out of the warehouse by communicating with suppliers.-Completed a balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cashflows at the end of each month.-Analyzed each of the financial statements with two other coworkers and a mentor to help us better understand what the results from these statements tell us. The results gave us a better understanding of what adjustments need to be made in order to improve the business.-Spent time assisting customers in finding certain products and selling them alternatives if said product was not available.

-Took charge and reported the daily goods receivable from suppliers as well as loading the monthly containers that were imported. -Managed the daily SKU inventory checking for received/delivered goods.
