Process customer emails to meet their needs.Ensure availability of empty containers to customers and share with them the forecasted vessels with best ETA-ETD.Ensure container systematic booking with all details "weight, type and destination" on both ERP's SEALINER & YNA.Prepare the Load list status of booked containers to share them with our operation department so they plan the needed TEU in the booked ship.Ensure communication between our concerned departments to avoid any sort of disturbing regarding our activity level.Daily update to the customer with terminals status, blockages, bad weather, Force majors…Permanently communicate EUROGATE TERMINALS documentation department to verify and ensure a smooth movement of our containers through the Gate as well as on the YARD. also to check availability of our empty containers & vessels schedule.Daily follow up with TEMSA to ensure the entry and exit of our containers in and out of the terminal and transfer those movement to the 'TANGERMED' portal.
