 Carry out pre-lifting inspection by active (Wet Magnetic Particle Inspection) MPI method for the lifting points-pad eyes of the containers that need to be moved between the company facilities  Perform various NDT inspection methods including (Liquid Penetrant Test, Visual Test) for the lifting appliances and tools, fall protection equipment and ladders based on the company inspection and test plan and referencing from the matching BS EN and/or ASTM standards for each item to be inspected Performing Magnetic Particle and liquid penetrant inspection on the manual operated slewing jib cranes, overhead crane, fork-lifter and hydraulic hand pallet stackers  Checkup and Interpretation of the observations or welding defects founded on each lifting point and report them to head of Inspection department Review of overall acceptance and rejection criteria of each observation and categorize inspected items accordingly. Provide HSE department with the accepted item’s inspection certificates with specified validity Visual checkup of lifting equipment before and after lifting operation for material damage or surface defects detection and ensuring good reliability Crude transporting truck’s tanks surface inspection to keep the transportation process free from looses Coordinate with third party inspection companies for CPF integrity related scopes, monitor and supervise their activity, also ensure all reports compatible with site works Creation of the overall lifting equipment’s inspection procedure and update lifting matrix accordingly.
