This was a job i got through my NYSC programme in Nigeria. i served at the polytechnic as a lab assistant for a year where I worked alongside lecturers to deliver a safe lab experience for the students and help with grading and overseeing all student practicals conducted.

i worked as an outsourced customer service agent on a three-month churn campaign for SMILE COMMUNICATIONS to get back old clients that stopped using their services. it was a success.
