As VaporVM Red Hat practice lead I'm leading VaporVM efforts to boost their Red Hat business both in Delivery and Architect role. With team effort we became Red Hat Advanced Partner recently. I'm representing VaporVM from Technical perspective and leading the company vision from Red Hat perspective, we are focusing on following Red Hat products and use cases for financial and technical growth of our company.𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 --> In place upgrade of RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 of Physical and Virtual Servers.𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 𝗔𝗜 -->Training LLM models with Instructlab with specific data.𝗔𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 -->Deployment and Integration of AAP with various technologies like AIX, Windows, Network Devices.𝗔𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 --> Ansible Lightspeed and Event Driven Ansible𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 --> Architect OpenShift virtualization for various use cases specially from VMWare migration perspective with different torage Options like ODF, Dell PowerScale, Portworx etc𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗔𝗜 --> Enable OpenShift AI on worker nodes and serve to Data Science team and customers.For all the above I have done multiple hands-on deliveries and lead my team as well.With the support of our CEO, I’m enabling a Team of Red Hat experts to fulfill our future need of resources.In addition to above, I’m also part of our Dell Pre-Sales team where I prepare proposals in response to customer RFPs for IT Managed Services.
