1. Industrial automation responsibilities Develop some machines ordered by Al-Jeraisy company and assist in its startup in GERMANY stuttgart see below . Preparation of specific PLC programs through (Siemens , schneider,Moeller and PILZ)PLCs. Design and implementing complete Electro-Mechanical Control (EMC systems) for automated production handling line. Proper testing of electrical control panels, to test all IO for PLC’s. (SCSDA) Expert in PLC's , SCADA , HMI , VFD , Servo-Drives , PID-Controllers , Sensors field-instruments , Open loop , closed loop control systems and conventional controls. Design of PLC control board for spray booths on electrical lay-out. Design of LV defined by IEEE the Electric power system (EPS) and Electric distribution panel (EDP) with Automatic transfer Switch (ATS) for the new extension for Jeraisy factory.  Troubleshooting of automated and CNC machinery.  IO allocation, Module allocation, process segregation for IO allocation.  Commissioning support. Provide technical documentation requested by different maintenance disciplines to ensure proper execution of maintenance activities and ISO certificate. Orecal manufacturing and maintenace cycle.Omar Shabana KSA +966-548-965006 Page - 2 -2.
