• Conducting necessary initial meetings, fact finding, and issuing APMs (audit planning memorandums) with objectives, scope, and approach. • Understanding, documenting processes & controls, and developing risk & control matrices. • Conducting interviews, performing walkthroughs and data analysis. • Developing test scripts and performing/coordinating testing of controls. • Conducting closing meetings and agreeing on actions with management. • Preparing formal written reports and action plans on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of controls and the efficiency with which activities are carried out. • Providing tailored recommendations to improve/enhance the internal control environment. • Following-up on previously reported audit findings to ensure implementation of audit recommendations and action plan by providing ongoing support to action owners in terms of risk, control, and recommendations explanation. • Conducting ad-hoc projects as requested by executive management and board members. • Conducting group wide risk assessment for sixteen legal entities across the different lines of business. • Conducting pre-implementation audits to determine if systems and programs under development will work as planned. • Manage and review daily activities of junior team members on assigned engagements.

• Assisting in performing, planning, and the execution of compliance, financial & operational audit.• Identifing control weaknesses and develop relevant recommendations to the business.• Assisting in conducting risk and compliance assesments.

• Working on an energy efficiency project, to replace current energy resources with renewable energy resources.• Communicating with the EBRD and the IFC in funding the project
