- Managing and leading a team of 7 engineers, along with tier 1 vendors, namely Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson, to achieve the desired quality of service and meet 99.9% ofnetwork availability targets on a daily basis- Restoring >300 network critical incidents per annum, within the defined SLA, minimizing the occurrence of incidents by 95% via the continuous development and upgrading 100s of software/program and presenting a weekly progress report to top management- Ensuring points of failure relating to network health and safety are swiftly tackled, during national holidays and major events Cooperating with all technology departments as a key player in the Mobile Automation & Self-Healing taskforce.
