I was responsible for finding, selecting, and maintaining key hires in the group as well as overseeing other less senior positions. I was also responsible for the termination of some contracts with employees who are not performing well. On the ER spectrum, I was responsible to hold communication sessions across the company listen to the peoples’ concerns and suggestions and work on solving the challenges they bring up... I am also responsible for creating incentive programs for people to excel as well as holding engaging activities whether sports or leisure to increase the satisfaction level in the organization. I was also responsible for closing deals with the HR System that we have purchased, a deal with a training firm, as well as the medical insurance company for 2016.
