- Managing all processes and functions within the warehouse.- Managing a team of up to 14 employees within the warehouse.- Coordinate between production and purchasing on all inventories movement.- Ensure maintain cycle count accuracy.- Coordinate with purchasing to plan and schedule correct and timely kitting and delivery of materials.- Control monitoring and improving the day-to-day activities of the warehouse.- Ensure safekeeping and control accurately of good received and delivery.- Constantly keep the store in an ordering manner clean and maintain a safe environment.- Using automated computer systems to monitor stock control.- Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability

- Managing a team of up to 20 employees within the section.- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.- Planning and organising staff tasks.- Planning and organising production schedules.- Producing management reports on performance and quality control.- Stock control.- Reporting machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.- Involved in safety and health monitoring.

- Train new employees and coach existing employees.- Suggest and implement new and better ideas.- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S.- Assist Supervisor.- Monitor team performance, quality, and progress

- Programming and testing PCBs.- Production duties such as assembly, soldering, rework, and inspection on the PCB Assembly production line
