Responsibilities/Duties Accounting:This component will be overseen and mentor by Heart Niagara Accounting Department Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare detailed transaction analysis, and investigate and resolve issues. Payroll Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews and comparing 2019-2021. Prepare journal entries, invoicing, and entering bills into Simply accounting desktop system following applicable internal controls. Prepare weekly accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash balance figuresResponsibilities/Duties Administration:Register patients, clients, or visitors as they arrive • Document processing – scanning, faxing, filing, etc. • Operate a variety of office equipment including but not limited to: PCs, scanners, printers, telephones, intercom, and others as needed

- Adhering to a daily schedule that includes a mix of: Phones, three (3) simultaneous chats, and emails.- Ensuring merchants have a quick response time by staying on top of your assigned tickets, with same-day ticket review.- Acting as a business coach and thinking about the merchant’s business holistically when offering solutions. -Completing essential follow-up documentation after each interaction.- Engaging in human conversations with merchants to identify and resolve issues, and provide coaching/growth opportunities for their businesses.- Offer needs-based solutions, not pushy sales.- Advocating for merchants and the Shopify platform by communicating with stakeholders.
