Led project design, managed the technical team, and ensured successful delivery of solutions. I collaborated with the Quality Assurance team to refine project testing, participated in pre-sales activities, and kept up-to-date with new technologies. Additionally, I provided mentorship and training to junior team members.

Involved in gathering project requirements, analyzing systems, and implementing BI projects, including work on ETLs, Data Marts/Warehouses, OLAP Cubes, and Dashboards. I managed pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, proposal preparation, and client presentations. I conducted several POCs for potential clients and designed and delivered training for an internal BI Technical Development Program.

Designed and implemented data extraction packages from the core banking system and developed a Retail OLAP Cube using Microsoft Analysis Services. I also created Retail Dashboards and Reports using Microsoft Reporting Services and Performance Point Services, after gathering the necessary requirements for these dashboards and reports.

Involved in several aspects of project development. This included gathering requirements, analyzing systems, and implementing BI projects with a focus on ETLs, Data Marts/Warehouses, OLAP Cubes, and Dashboards. I also handled pre-sales activities for the BI Team, such as analyzing requirements, crafting technical proposals, and presenting our offerings to potential clients. Additionally, I conducted numerous POCs for prospective clients.

Implemented ETLs to provide the marketing and sales departments with necessary data for reporting. I also developed reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of these departments.
