Omar Othman is a Concept Design Architect at U+A, a leading architecture and planning firm with a global presence and a diverse portfolio of projects. He joined U+A in 2023, after working for more than three years as an Architectural Designer at HAK Saudi Arabia, a renowned architectural and engineering consultancy in the Middle East and North Africa.Omar holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Petra University in Jordan, where he graduated in 2016. He has a passion for conceptual design and has demonstrated his creativity and innovation by winning several regional and international competitions, such as the Tiny Kiwi Meditation Cabin in New Zealand, Nur Minaret in Qatar, and the WA Awards 23rd cycle by the World Architecture Community. He has also developed his skills in design, presentation, and collaboration by working on various urban planning and architectural projects with HAK and U+A, engaging with some of the world's most reputable firms and clients. Omar's goal is to create sustainable and functional designs that enhance the quality of life and the environment and to be able to create a link between architecture and business development.
