-Coordination of complete model of: input-process-output for Controllers and product 3573 (total of 26 people in 2 shifts)-Focal point for high velocity area plant tours.-Responsible for talent development in my area.-Responsible for continuous improvements processes.-Responsible to meet production schedules and customer orders.-Assist manufacturing personnel.-Optimization of available resources (materials and personnel)-Training, certification and re-certification assurance of the personnel in my area.
